نحن محبطون جداً من Secure LA! يا لها من نكتة! اتصلنا في الساعة 12 ظهراً لأننا علقنا خارج سيارتنا. قالوا إنهم سيكونون هناك في 30-45 دقيقة. انتظرنا بصبر. مرت ساعة ولم يكونوا هناك! اتصلنا بهم وقال الرجل إنه متأخر. قال 30 دقيقة أخرى. انتظرنا 30 دقيقة أخرى وما زال لم يكن هناك! عندما اتصلنا، قال 15 دقيقة أخرى، لذا ألغينا! كان علينا الاتصال بقفل مختلف. خدمة فظيعة! لم يعتذروا حتى!

I had a very bad experience with this company. They arrived 40 minutes late and gave us a much higher price than they had quoted before. Over the phone they quoted $85, but when the guy got there, he told us $170. I told him that's completely wrong and we are not going to do business with them. They are dishonest and want to rip you off! Don't even call them! They will rip you off too.

Horrible locksmith! Horrible customer service! I called on Friday and asked the price for a safe. They told me it would be $500 with installation. I agreed. When the guy came out, he told me it would be $700. I asked why and he said they misquoted me. The guy spoke bad English, I couldn't even understand him. So I canceled it! Very crooked!

Very disappointed with this company! When I initially called they quoted me $65 for the service, but when the technician came out it he tried charging me $200. I was very upset and called the company and asked to speak to the owner. The owner was not available and the receptionist told me there was nothing she could do. I asked why there was such a difference in price and she said she has no control over prices. I could not pay so much so I had to cancel their service. Wasted a lot of time. Called another Locksmith and got it done for $70. Do not do business with them, they will rip you off!

We were locked out of our car and called Secure LA. They said they would be there in 30 minutes, but an hour passed by and they showed up after 1 hour. We were very annoyed. The guy barely spoke English, we could not understand him. They quoted us $75 by phone, but when he couldn't pick the lock, he said he would have to drill it for $300. We were floored to say the least. We told him to go home and we got another Locksmith to come out and they did the job for $80. This company is a rip off! Stay away from them! We should have checked the reviews.

كان هذا الكشك الصغير أسهل بمليون مرة من الذهاب إلى متجر تحسين المنزل ومشاهدة الرجل يحاول نسخ مفتاحي لمدة ساعة. تبدو المفاتيح وتعمل بشكل رائع. كان المفتاح الإضافي المجاني بمثابة الكريمة على الكعكة.
